Fuel Injectors

i've been having a problem recently when driving, when setting off at junctions and roundabouts and when crawling my engine sort of stops accelerating, thinks about it then actually moves.

its a big problem on major roundabouts when youre not moving and fast cars are coming towards you.... and i wondered if my injectors needed cleaning, or if its a much larger problem?

and would a service sort it out? any help is muchly appreciated

Is it with a cold or warm engine? A service is always my first recommendation but it could be fuelling, electrical or a sticky sensor.

hmmm, id have to say both. it happened alot when crawling through nottingham as i was using the least throttle possible. its always at low revs.
iv booked a service and taking it to a computer diagnostics centre asap

Let us know how you get on with it. It could be the injectors. I suppose - I had something similar and fitted an FSE boost valve fuel regulator and it cleared up the problem.

well i thought redex might unclog anything that may be there, however im praying its nothing bigger!
