LHD - Recent Service - The F430 Scuderia was unveiled by Ferrari in July 2007 and was the most potent road-legal version of the model produced by the factory. A gap had been left since the 360 Challenge Stradale production ended in 2005, and this model filled it being like its predecessor, lighter, more powerful, rawer and technologically more advanced than its standard sibling. Thanks to a high compression motor with re-mapped engine management and a sports exhaust, output was up from 483 to 510bhp, this being developed at an unchanged 8500rpm. The F1 transmission also came in for some attention, F430 Scuderia's using Ferrari's latest generation 'Superfast' software that reduced gear change time to just 60 milliseconds. Other important developments were made including a new traction control system that combined the E-Diff electronic differential and the F1-Trac traction and stability control in a single integrated system; E-Diff-2. Ride-height was dropped by 15mm, firmer springs and dampers being installed along with bigger carbon ceramic brake discs, the front calipers being uprated to 6-piston items. Visually the Scuderia received new 19-inch double spoke wheels as well as the introduction of a series of aero refinements that lent the Scuderia a more aggressive look than on the standard F430. Restyled front intake grilles were larger and more angular, the back-end featuring a carbon fibre diffuser with centrally-exiting Challenge exhaust tips and new exhaust surround. A Challenge rear grille came as standard, Carbon fibre being used for the wing mirrors, engine bay vents and strut supports. This superb LHD example is presented in the rare combination of pure Nero with Nero Cloth seats and contrasting Grigio Chiaro stitched Cavallinos on each headrest and Nero "3D" Tessutio fabric centres. It was first delivered to its first private owner, Mr Laurent Forax, in September 2009 via Modena Cars S.A. It is additionally appointed with Giallo Brake Calipers, located behind the Nero Scuderia 10 Spoke lightweight wheels, Giallo Gauges, Scuderia Wingshields, Factory 4 Point Race harnesses in Nero and has been treated to full PPF paint protection. In June 2015 it was purchased by its first UK owner and UK registered on the 1st of July 2015. Under it most recent ownership it has been maintained by Joe Macari and has recently received an annual service in March 2017. Today this stunning example has covered just 25,000 Miles from new and presents superbly having been well maintained and importantly having its exterior protected by PPF paint protection film. Accompanied by its bookpack, spare key, spare tracking fob, tools, tyre pump and Extended Power Warranty until April, 2018. This exceptional Scuderia is UK road registered and ready to be used and enjoyed immediately, located at our showrooms just outside London.
