Do cars get hot enough to cook anything

In summer cars get really really hot. I was wondering if this would ever be hot enough to cook something?

Perhaps a croissant or fry an egg for example?

Has anyone used the heat in a car to cook something, how did it turn out?

It takes about 30C to fry an egg. Yes you can lightly oil your bonnet and fry an egg on it
