Newby, February 2018, retired, keeping on the road a 1998 VW Passat 1.8 SE 20v Estate. A most acceptable amount of quids arrive in my account in September 2018 due to a moment of common-sense and a successfully completed Advanced Pension Application many years ago. I will buy and drive some cars that I never got round to whilst gainfully employed. I have rebuilt a few engines, etc. etc. that actually worked afterwards, so I am quite happy to get my hands dirty. My trusty VW will live on, but second and perhaps third cars will be turned over annually. I am more inclined to Q cars as an old bloke in a boy racer looks a ....
