complete top speed formula

Hi All
im searching for complete top speed formula in each gear.
one formula need gear ratio and rpm and wheel but is not drag coefficient,
Air density, Frontal area, car wheight, car width and height.
any one can help find an better formula for calculating:
1- top speed in each gear.
2- speed in specific rpm in each gear
