A direct replacement panel filter will give a more torquey feel low down. Cone filters increase high end BHP but can make the car feel less powerfull at lower revs. If you do go for a cone make sure to get a cold feed air pip & box if possible. The RAM air filters will achieve a similar effect. Exhaust is a matter of taste what sound do you prefer generally the bigger the exit pipe the deeper the sound. You will not get much benefit from an exhaust without a new manifold and sports cat (de cats are illegal for road use).
Neither mod will make a big difference to the performance of your car but it will certainly sound better and be more fun as a result. Cams have a massive effect on performance and will achieve the Torque and BHP you expect.

hey all, just wanted to know wat wud b the best EXHAUST n INDUCTION KIT to buy for this lil hatch i need to get more BHP n TORQUE any ideas on makes ov these two which will giv me wat i want???
