Informative about the right hand/left hand doing the work on right turn left turn. Makes perfect sense.

Using the best technique all the time is simply a matter of doing the same thing every time until it becomes ingrained into your muscle memory and then anything else will seem / feel strange.

That is why I always use the same method as described in the video 95 % of the time and the "HENDON method " for tighter corners plus hand over hand in tight parking places.
