hi, can anyone help me ive having starting prob in mornings ,, changed feul pump .. faulty injector .. new battery..non retunfeul valve.. still same.. if I park van on slight hill nose down it starts no problem giving me impression feul is running back when parked on level ground ?????

Have you replaced the fuel filter? It could be sediment inside the filter moving and blocking the fuel momentarily.

hi and thanks for your reply...yes I have changed filter twice.. I also put a non return valve in fuel line a few days ago ...as I said its funny how on a hill facing nose down it starts no problem ,,,thought it might have been heater plugs so I replaced them only to be told it should start even if they are scrap..just gives impression its fuel draining away while van is sitting all nite~??

This engine has the Siemens PD injectors I believe. Tank of BP Ultimate and a can of diesel injector cleaner is worth a throw.

+1 for engine cleaner. BG244 or Wynns are excellent. There's an excellent thread on here about fuel system cleaners
