1999 ALFA ROMEO GTV V6 Mods

Hi, at the start of last year i bought a 99 gtv and is still running in great nick. Yet i would still like some more power out of it. Is fitting a turbo a good idea or would damage the car?
If i had it installed would it make a significant difference?

hey and welcome to the site mate.

fitting a turbo isnt really a great idea as to get a decent gain out of it the engine would require extensive work to prevent damage.
you could look at supercharging the engine instead, this would require less work to fit and again staying to low boost will mean that you dont have to build the engine,

for gains 20 maybe 30 bhp sound alright, but itll give an increase in torque low down

Hiya mate, an induction kit, exhaust and a remap will give you approx 20bhp more..
