1967 Giulia Super brake tuning

Just went through registration and thought I was on an Alfa Romeo forum!
Regardless; my querry.
Just got my '67 up and running again, right front brakes are sticking - disc.
I have taken the slave apart 3 times, greased it activated it - I can push it back down by hand, and yet it - after bleeding - won't let go! I can get it to relax by pulling out my 10mm and opening the bleeder. But when I apply the brakes again, it locks.
What do you all think that if I rebled the brakes and did not bleed this slave last? - would that help?
I've owned the car for 21 years and have worked on it all the while. This has me stumped!
Thanks ahead

Are the brake hoses in good condition? I've not seen a Giulia for years. oes yours still have the chrome on the bonnet and sills?
