147 lusso immobilizer failure and code?

just bought a o3 147 lusso and came to start it this morning and it seemed flat , got new battery and it turns over but wont start, it comes up with immobilizer failure and code. please help .

How is the Immobiliser controlled? Do you have a key fob with a button or is it the ignition key that dissarms it?
