Hi everyone..I’ve been doing a few mods to my 2007 Volvo S40 2.0d ie hybrid turbo,Nissan skyline GTR intercooler,DPF/EGR delete,stainless exhaust and K&N filter...Managed to find an uprated 3.1 bar map sensor which was for a Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCI believe it or not..lol..We’ve managed to get 200BHP...

Got the car back today..not too many problems installing the hybrid turbo although many things had to be removed like drive shafts and engine mounts to gain access!..The skyline GTR intercooler went in with just a small amount of cutting behind the bumper/grille to allow the custom pipe work to...

Well the car is now in the speed shop..front end dismantled and stock turbo and intercooler removed.Only needed a small amount of metal cutting away to house the new Skyline GTR intercooler,should be ready to go to the mappers by Friday..Can’t wait...Like a kid in a sweet shop..lol
