Thanks dave to be honest the stripes hide some imperfections in the paint lol it come out alright but some scuffs that the stripes covered nicely. More pics to come :bigsmile:

Thanks T9 really appreciate the detailed response i get it now. The air intake tube is there to bring cold air to the air filter and not join the filter exactly :). Not to sure on where i would get a heat shield will i need a specific one for the 306? ebay didn't bring up many results...

Just got a few questions about adding an Induction kit to my Pug 306. -Will i need get it remapped if i add a Induction kit? -Thinking of getting this Induction kit will it be much use for its low price...

Just wondering is the soapy water still a good idea with the rust problems thats been sorted? dont want the rust to form under the carbon after i treated it for the rust? :blink1:.

Unfortunately funds right now dont give the option of getting it pro sprayed. Thanks for the advice i will use a lacquer over the fibre wrap. Definitely loads of pics on there way carbon should arrive Tuesday :bigsmile:.

Thanks for all the reply's, really helpful :). Will definitely use some soapy water and a thin needle to remove any air bubbles that dont want to come out ;). The bonnet is nice and smooth all over the roof needs abit more of a sand which i'll do tomorrow if its not raining :blink1...
