Well has anyone any idea of the whereabouts of the switch for the oil pres / temp gauge on a 00 hdi ?

well lads was just wondering if any1 knew how to reset the radio in a 02 s40 disconnected the battery a few weeks bak and all that comes on the radio is "off" not sure the exact radio but their is no station numbers (1-6)its all worked by dials , any help would be great !!

would injectors from a 220 cdi merc do me any good ?

cool beans twin turbos sounds tempting !the hdi turbo thats in it is fine the only problem i have is the way the turbo only kicks in around 3000 nd is gone by 4 k would having the 2nd turbo give u more turbo time ?to put it bluntly !!haha

Any ideas where id gt a whole unit with shoks and springs ?plan is to put em on d gti,shes sitting with the wheels more buried than tucked in d arches and all the nuts and allen head bolts are rounded to hell and back, plan is to make a rally car out of it !

just a querie the taught of handling like a boat sickens me :P

cool sound any ideas for an intercooler ?or is their any need and i think i read somewhere that the hdi doesnt constantly use the turbo ?only when it needs to or something along those lines !!???ha

cool beans picked up a hdi a ew weeks back the lack of power compared to the gti 6 is killing me tho haha

hey anyone know if a kkk turbo out of a d turbo will work on a hdi .the intercooler will fit at least that much i can make sense of :toung:

hey d turbos are handy enough to change its just the amount of ripping that has to be done to get at the belt woulod turn you of it ! !!

Thanks man headgasket went a few weeks ago so just swapped the whole lot seemed easier haha ,all goin well hell gt on to me !

any ideas if liners and pistons from a 1.6 will drop into a 1.4 block and can a twin cam head be got for that engine help would be greatly appreciated !!:toung:

get a manifold of a turbo version of the same engine or farely similar to it modify ur manifold so that the heaad will take it few mre bits of mollokin and hey presto!!!
