to be fair i had it sat in the 306 s16 and jst thought i would fit it in the 205 convertable. it was one of those spur of the moment things lol

she's alive, gear box is in, i can select all 6 gears and reverse with ease, i think we have an air leak somwhere as she wont rev up and keeps bogging out, other than that she starts straight up with no problems, all the dash is bk in to

the front pannel has arrived, it is being fitted on saturday wich means a very busy day on sunday putting the front end back together, badger could you come over saturday and take some pictures of the front end being fitted please.

neither can i, hopefully will have the new shocks tomorrow, so will fit them and the 1.9 brakes, fit the exhaust and a few other bits,

more pics to come, i have changed the fuel tank, rear beam so its know on disc brakes, put the gear linkage in and fitted throttle cable, it looks good slamed on 1.9gti rims in black lol

it can be done, you can buy low compression turbo's, you could even supercharge it but to be honest it would be so much easier to put an original turbo engine in

You cant argue about the price, it can be done as long as you have the patience to sit and fiddle with the wiring. I'm just in the middle of re-wiring my 205 convertable to take my MI16.

hi again, if you are going for carbs then i would use twin 45 webbers, 40's are for smaller engines, you could even go for throttle boddies.
