TBH the 1.8 is a very hard engine to get extra power out of, even with flashing the ECU. You would need to spend quite a bit on it to get a noticeable difference in performance and power

Personally i would avoid tuning boxes like the plague and go for a remap. We used to run tuning boxes on the Vectra diesel 150's and although on some they could give you getting on for a 50BHP increase in power(Yes i did say 50), they can and in some cases cause major engine management issues.
