Tempted to go 1.7 puma but thinking about cost as i would have to pay for fitting as ive never done a conversion before. Also thinking cams on the 1.6 would get it to same power but undecided. Im on the (zetec s owners club) there are a few puma conversions on there.

Same rear as a mk4 but better front end lol surprizes many people when you need to put your foot down.

Cheers the body is quite mint just needed tidying up like new rear bumper front fog lights replaced and new headlights was already lowered and came with front strut brace

There are plenty of options for a brake upgrade mondeo focus fiesta from 280mm to 300mm my fiesta has been upgraded from 230mm to 280mm mondeo v6 brakes my brothers got 300mm on his fiesta but needed 16inch wheels also braided hoses

Ford only put the 1.6 in the zetec s fiesta but many people have put the 1.7 engine in only need to change ecu and half the wiring instead of 105 bhp you will get 125 bhp and very fun to drive mines got the 1.6 and that's quite quick I might go the 1.7 route next

Just not had time my old car got wrote off before Christmas so got my new car which is a ford fiesta mk5 zetec s 51 plate and I really enjoy driving better than my old Renault laguna will post some pics up soon.

The passenger was old enough to know better probs about 42ish they nearly had a wheel brace through the window but thought against it.

Im afraid you wont find anything cheap on laguna II the only thing you can do is buy just springs off ebay for about £130 but i dint just want the springs i gave up after looking mines the sport tourer im 24 and can insure a fiesta zetec-s 1.6 for alot cheaper than my laguna which is slower and...

I dont see why cars with HIDs need headlight washers i could understand with normal lights as the dirt will stop the light coming though but HIDs are brighter so dont really need them.My car has HIDs as standard with washers but dont really seem that good to be honest still need full beem in...

Just seen a waterless spray advertising on tv saying just spray on and wipe the dirt off.Wanted to know peoples opinions on this stuff. Does it work or just a gimmick.Personally i think you need to wash dirt off as you may scratch paintwork rubbing in the dirt and grit.

It would if you put 2 x 15inch subs in a mdf build which one 12inch sub not going to add much weight.

You could just get yourself some decent sterio system for £250 instead like headunit,front door speakers and maybe sub and amp you can get all this second hand to save some money and dont even need to tell insurance as they normally insure sterio equipment up to about £500.

Had the clutch and slave cylinder replaced and now have a lower biting point on clutch pedal.

It wont go into gear unless engine is off and when i release clutch its seems as though ive not released it if you get what i mean and also slipped a couple of times cheers dan.

would anybody know of a cheapish place or person that could change the clutch on my laguna II 2003 model 1.8 16v cheers dan.

Engine transplant to the 2L or 2.5 v6 out the ST200 nothing else will be worth doing on the 1.6

Anthing that leaves evos and subarus in the dust is fast for me and throws you into the seat.

How about if you needed to put your foot down out the way of an accident or to overtake a tractor for example i will never get one well im not far away from 25 so insurance not really a problem.
