Has your fuel use increased or decreased

Over the last year I think i've decreased my fuel usage by around 20% which is actually quite a big saving.

It's mainly down to reducing my car use, making fewer journeys by working longer days and skipping a day, and using the train for long commutes into London.

Our new car is a petrol but is not quite as economical as our last diesel, although the cheaper fuel cost is a real bonus.

So what about you, are you using less fuel now than you were a year ago, or are you using more?

I try to drive economically whenever and definitely do not hold up traffic at all so my fuel consumption is generally fairly stable except when my 4wd tow car needs to drink a bit more when it is pulling the track car on the trailer going to events and track days then my car likes a good dose of 98 RON

I'm driving less but using a lot more fuel. I guess I'm a little heavy footed and like to enjoy my car!
