Hi guys am warren from Stanley Co.durham I've got a Peugeot hdi gt 58 reg I've just had a remap done which has took my car from 110 bhp to 143 bhp but am looking at a turbo upgrade and clutch and get 200 bhp so that's me for now !

It seems that the mod bug has bitten you seeing that you have picked up 30+ HP and want more .

Was that extra power @ the wheels on a dyno or just a chip that claimed to give that power increase ?

FWIW I always had my car retuned/remapped after any power increasing mod BEFORE I tested the car to feel the result.

I hope that you have notified your insurer of this and have it noted on your policy as they will have an out should you be involved in a crash if you haven't.

I would recommend that you keep them fully informed as they need to know what exactly they are being asked to cover in the event of a crash and get approval IN WRITING before proceeding with any mods / improvements to your car.

This may not be the answer you were seeking but it comes from my 26 years of modding the car on the left.

PS Hope you also upgrade the brakes and suspension as well.
