Hello,
I have recently paid-off my 2011 Mazda3 I 4-door sport (2 liter). Now I am ready to make some upgrades. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations from the experts related to engine mods. I have about 1K to work with.
Thanks

Greetings and welcome to our TorqueCars forum :)
For about 1k of you're finest American dollars, I would suggest a full service to include a sports performance filter, a nice performance exhaust system and engine ECU remap. If you shop wisely you should be able to do this for around a grand. Good luck |B

Hi,
My first throwback upgrades in my previous Mazda were wicked rims, cold air intakes and lowering kit. It depends if you're for performance or image. Choose wisely.

Thanks for the reply,
I am going for performance initially and have found a wealth of information on the forums. So far my plan is to replace the exhaust, performance chip, and cold air intake. Replacement rims and window tint will be for later along with making the vehicle lighter. My Mazda is clean with 67K miles.
