Does anyone still paint the tyre maker impressions around the sidewall white?

Did tyres used to come like that or is it a thing that owners used to do?

What about totally white sidewalls? Where does this trend come from? You see it a lot on classic cars.

Is it just an American muscle car thing?

Would it be cool to have Nankang painted white around your tyre? ;)

Originally, car tyres were white as this is the natural colour of rubber.

Both American and English car had them and it wasn't restricted to muscle cars.

I think you may want to re-read your last sentence :)
