I NEED this sound! (Audi 200)

Hi guys, I found this video and it's spot on what I want my car to sound like. What could I do to make mine like this? Is it possible to ask a mechanic to work on it? What am I supposed to ask? I love that it isn't too noisy, and what makes me go ape**** is that pop/crackle the car makes while shifting. It just makes me go nuts, if I had a car that sounded like that I'd be so satisfied...

First thing you'll have to do is junk your engine and put a 5 cylinder in there, otherwise it's just a big turbo and antilag/launch control.

What about the sound of the exhaust and that "pcchh poww" while he shifts? Is that all the 5 cylinder engine?
