Janspeed dual exit cat-back stainless exhaust
Stainless decat
BMC CDA Induction kit, custom install, silicon hoses.
Remapped and now up to 200 bhp (not bad for a nasp Rover!)
Shiftlight
VIS Indicators
Corbeau Forza bucket seats & a nice blue Sabelt harness!
Inovit Aros 18" shod with Falken 452's 225/35x18
Uprated clutch master and slave assembly
No interior except front seats and dash!
Battery box inside.
AVO coilovers

Plans:
Lightened flywheel.
4 pots.
Adjustable links and wishbones.
About
Been playing around with all sorts of cars for some 25 years. Built and raced them. Worked on BTCC cars carrying out R&D and 750 Superbikes for various riders including Team Read. Raced stock cars for 6 odd years, hope to return soon. Currently enjoying a stint back on track days, gradually improving the car, not easy with a mortgage and three demanding daughters and three Dalmatians!

    il try that tommorow and show you, theres a rasp when you hit vtec over the 2 breathers, i thought it actually helped = the more the merier, thanks mate

    remember we were on about breathers before??
    well have a look at my new pics in my profile and let me know what you think, i can install 2 more breathers 1 as a cranckcase breather the other on the air intake but i want your opinion first,
