    Diesel exhaust systems

None of my Diesel modded vehicles belch Black smoke upon hitting the loud pedal. All have modded exhausts. 1.9T5 (upgraded to 2.0ltr, Alisport FMIC, Pipercross dry filter,) exhaust done by Infinity (Bristol). 3” from down pipes (decat) to back section where I can then either run a single can...

Everything you need to know about brakes

Must admit. I do love my K-Sports. Using yellow pads on grooved discs. Work great, straight from the cold. Martyn.

Which of your sold cars do you miss the most

Ooooh, too many to consider. Too many loves lost. As it were. Had loads of fun in a 2.0 S Capri (only my second car of over a hundred) - made by a Capri enthusiast to be exact Bodie/Doyl replica. Think the B/D car was a 3.0ltr. Either way it was an entertaining car.

    Can you tune electric cars

All very true. And certainly of interest, as one of my plans is to build a Cateram 7 type (from chassis up) with Full EV power. Then the plan is to convert an early Range Rover to Full EV. If I can get decent Range out of that, then I can get decent range for anything.

Yes, engine is a little tight for excess space, for sure. Cruising comfort, spot on, it’s a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet place to be. Considering the variable exhaust system has been replaced with a more “progressive exhaust”.

Likewise Andy, 3000GT was always a childhood hero of mine. I’ve never regretted buying her. Always puts a smile on my face when I drive or even look at her. The purr is something else. The grip , phenomenal. Cheers Martyn
