Hi Ztevieboy,
The 2.0 HDi 90 does not have an intercooler, which limits the possibilities with a remap. The most you'll see is about 120bhp and about 200lbft torque. Not bad.
If you can find space to fit it then get an intercooler from a 2.0 HDi (110) engine from a 406, 306 or Citroen Xantia. You will also need the inlet manifold from one of these cars. The turbo is not required - it's the same as the one fitted to your car.
You will need to plumb the intercooler between the turbo intake high pressure side and the intake manifold.
It's important to mount the intercooler where it will be in the airstream.
I have checked with Graham Cock at Celtic tuning and in this condition you should get around 150bhp and torque of at least 230lbft after a remap.
As always, ensure that everything else is sound before proceeding with the remap.
And please also be aware that you are obliged to inform your insurance company.

Hi Hdi fun, I could really use some advice on the best place to get my 206 Hdi remapped. I live in the Wigan area(Lancashire/Greater Manchester). Do you have any good recommendations? Thanks.
