My name is Abadi from Jakarta, Indonesia.
I have plan to change a 406 with petrol engine to a HDi engine.
Currently I'm having a good experience with HDi Engine in my Peugeot 806 2001 16 Valve.
Because of this I'm planning to get me a petrol 406 and put a HDi 2.0 Engine or HDI 2.2 in it.
Other than change the wiring harness, ECU, and fuel line, is there anything else I need to replace.
Or can I use a 605 instead of the 406?
Any advice is welcome.

If you have some time, I have a question to ask concerning misfire, and engine knock starved my 2004 M3 (US spec) of fuel and I got a SES code reading misfire in cylinders 2 to 5. Soon after, I hear a knocking noise from the engine. Do you think adding some injector cleaner, new spark plugs and new fuel filter would fix the problem?

Ive got the 300 in for a remap with celtic, friday 1300hrs.
Only i think im gonna have to cancel. Long story short. ive got an engine fault. Ive lost a little bit of power, mpg gone down about 4mpg. sounds a littlealmost clicky from one bank. I dont for 1 second expect anyone to diognose over the internet. but the old man reakons it could be an injector seal/washer. problem is i cant diagnose or pinpoint it. my only hope would be to send the wife down to chrysler tomorrow (miles away) and try and change all 6 on the drive. I have tried a local diesel garage. he cant fit it in for 2weeks. prob is i cant let them have it, change the seals to then be told its not that but i still owe them 250 quid, He also keeps saying i should let him remap with evolution, do you know them. I like celtic though they offer better figures and are well respected amongst people in the know. Im just waffling now but im stuck.
