- Corsa D 1.2L NASP

- 2008 (58) Vauxhall Corsa D design 1.2L, naturally aspirated.
No upgrades yet but have a couple of grand aside for mods. Looking to achieve about 180BHP from the standard engine.
Alternatively look to replace the engine with a larger higher powered engine, a 2.5L V6 if one will fit? I have a friend with a Corsa B who has fitted a 2.5L V6 to his car and his fits fine although I know the engine bay is totally different in the new corsa D i'd like to find out if the V6 would fit.
If not then I am looking into replacing the CAMS with fast road for power gains, looking into a new exhaust system from cobrasport with a 4-2-2 set up with the twin tailpipes hopefully travelling along the middle of the underside and being separeted by around an inch or two (much like the mk5 Golf R32 set up) along with an engine rebore.
Upgraded headers with head work such as 3 angle valve job, porting and polishing, looking to fit AP racing coilovers (lowering the ride hieght by 30mm).
Need advice on brake discs and calipers but needing to upgrade these also. Converting the rear wheels to the same discs and calipers is also in my plans. I am fitting 17" black 8 spoke alloys and med-low profile performance/street tryes. Re-mapping is happening once i am finished the engine upgrades.
For the cars appeal im looking to fit the subtle but stylish Irmscher body kit and spoiler which i think will look great once the car is lowered and the exhausts are fitted. Upgarding interior also. - About
