As a contrast (and bit of a tangent) to my last post, on those same driving roads my curernt Golf returns 600+ MPG from its 60lt tank and I can't see I'm getting to my destination any quicker in most cases but it is more boring sound and involvement wise
My old R33 GTR could empty it's 60lt tank of super unleaded in 150 miles so that works out to about 11MPG :eek: That's just on normal driving roads so goodness knows what it would of done on the track (8})
