The ultimate coversions are done by Brabus but it will cost serious money. I'm pretty sure that there are Smart tuners out there that can help and I'll try and look up some names for you.

How much did you want to spend and what are you aiming at achieving with the car?

If it's the standard smart roadster you could do :

103 bhp remap
Venom / Viper induction kit.
Better quality induction hoses
HID headlight conversion
Eibach lowering springs

the list is endless to be honest.
