Welcome Andy,
Nice choice in different Metal.
i know what you mean, i just had a 10minute go at searching the WWW

you might find it easier to import one, as Legacys arent that big on the tuning scene here.

Try to check out some USA or JAP sites,
http://www.autodirectsave.com/prod/E..._Body_Kit/9803 although i dont think thats the right year for your car. Soz.

or try speaking directly to a Bodywork/accident repair specialist in your area that is competent with Fibre glass,
they mite be ale to let you buy any kit, then they can cut and strech or shorten it to fit your car for a few hundred quid more then normal fitting price.
But that gives you a lot more scope for choosing what you want the car to look like, and gives you the chance to buy Bits at a knock-off price.

or maybe you could get a front imprezza lip molded on to your original front bumper,
your fitter shouldnt have too much problems MAKING the skirts fit, if they are competent in fibre glassing. but that all the above depends on what your car currently looks like.

Also try checking www.importtuner.com for some possible idea's or just to read the interesting articles.

Welcome to Torquecars Andy - sorry for my delay - I've been ill for the last few days.

Custom building is the way to go. I've seen lots of cars with the Honda S2000 kits modded to fit them and it looks really good.
