Default Mud flaps anyone?

Anyone have mud flaps? Did you put them on your car? What style are they?

Are they effective at keeping the sides of the car clean or are they just there for show?

Unless on a rally car...I don't like them. I think they cheapen the car a little.

Depends if there the standard black ones that fit in the arches properly then they look better than nothing. However if its the big pieces of plastic then yeah they do look bad on the car

My car had them originally by VW. they are discrete and fill a gap and they do keep the side of the car clean.
