You'll always need human reactions though, sure the car can steer itself and drive but if a child runs out onto the road...

Otherwise were all just trams on a stampeed.

i suppose its nothing new as anyone can have one but id really love that red start button. Get in your car, key in and then just press that start button. I will get it fitted at some point but i got tons of other things to do first

with regard to mercs auto drive system, if your on a dual carriageway, going 70 and its follwing the car in front; if the car then changed lanes and the next car was a bit further in front, would the car system recognize that the car who was in front had then accelerated at blistering speed about a mile infront, would the merc then floor it to continue at a constant pace, or jus slow down?

How about spikes that pop out of the tires (without deflating them), allowing you to drive a lot easier on Ice/Snow.

being abit of a young 'un i wouldn't mind having a screen in the centre console that shows the streets in real time and also show the position of other vehicles, police and ambulances etc.

inspired by the need for speed games.
