| Whats your favourite supercar I wonder what your favourite supercar is at the moment. Does it change over the years?
I really wanted a Ferrari F50 at one point but now it is the Enzo that does it for me. Perhaps I'm fickle! I don't think I'll ever own one though. |

| Re: Whats your favourite supercar I don't really have a favourite super car as I am not really a fan of them. How ever I do like the Lamborghini Gallardo's. The only car that will ever sit on my drive way will be a Impreza 22B, to me Thats a super car. |

| Re: Whats your favourite supercar Thank you MA! Its about time somone named a proper supercar. Gallairdo, 535d? Get a grip! Supercars have to be stupid and pointless at all costs.
(Gallairdo is not a supercar as it is the baby sister of the Merchialargo)
I would have to say my fave is either the F40 or the Diablo.
F40 because there was nothing in it. No window opener, no carpets, no sterio, it was just an out and out, go get em floyed Supercar.
And the diablo because I still get a shudder everytime I see it.
Plus, all supercars SHOULD make the hairs on the back of your kneck stand on end, if they don't, then they are not a petrol head, or it is not a supercar!

| Re: Whats your favourite supercar Your Evo has got to be verging on supercar levels of performance though. They're not known for being underpowered. The problem is that they're too reliable with the Japanese pedigree. A bit like the Honda HSX. Your granny could use one of those for shopping.
A proper supercar should pee oil all over the driveway, be hideously unreliable and a bitch to drive. |

| Re: Whats your favourite supercar Audi R8 for me or perhaps a 911 gt3. I think these both satisfy my need for reliability and speed.
If I was being dilly I still think I'd like a countach anniversary edition in white as that wad the poster I used to have in my room. |

| Re: Whats your favourite supercar HDI, I am finding it rather hard to talk to you just now, as you have put me, as krytan from Red Dwarf would say, into Smug Mode, and made me feel quite happy and up myself. So I am finding hard to argue withanyone at the moment after you have just said my baby is close to supercar terrorory. Thanks
Not only that, you have also made me feel bad for having a go at your selection of supercar. (although, it is as Claymore says a super car and not a supercar).
So well done. I am feeling smug and upset at the same time. Its a new emotion I have to learn to grasp! |

| Re: Whats your favourite supercar I don't think you had a go mate . I don't really regard a 535d as a supercar, nor even an M5 really. They're far too forgiving and easy to drive to be allowed to be called supercars, even if the performance isn't too far adrift (with some attention from specialist tuners for the derv car).
Would a Porsche 959 qualify? Not that I want one but that model did appeal to me in 1987 though I've never seen one in the metal, let alone sit in or drive one. |

| Re: Whats your favourite supercar I'll have to bring you back down to earth then BBJ and say that's nonsense.
Hdi if a BMW M5 is too easy to drive then what is an EVO?
Neither are anywhere near supercars because they are both despite having buckets of power far too sensible to be called supercars. Quote:

| Re: Whats your favourite supercar We know TN, we know
Its just nice to think we are close to the figures that the supercars of the early 90's were acheaving!!
0-60 sub 4.2(ish)
bhp - 350+ (4?? after cams, pullies, another remap and 10.5t housing)
All I need now is some rocket launchers hanging off the sides, make the doors open like star treck and use a chimney for an exhaust. Perfect supercar!! lol |
