I know a guy who had a 850 t5 - it was majorly quick and heavy. Very hard on tyres but a nice drive. Volvos have never really struck me as interesting until I got in the T5. They are reliable, cheapish to insure although parts can be a bit pricey. Can you transfer you No Claims Bonus from a van to a car? Not all insurers allow this.

Yup. 8) Because the van has windows all round and is a classed as a MPV I can. Though technically it is an old lite-ace van with seats in it.
