i would like to find out on how to get a job at a performance shop

sory if this seems blunt but go and ask around if they are willing to take on.
chances are they might want qualified mechanics rather than apprentices but no harm in asking

He never said he wasn't qualified LOL

A performance shop is 2 things, among others:

1. hard to find, as there aren't many of them.
2. awesome.

If you do find one, they're probably pretty cool people to talk to, and look for cool cars in their bays.

Look for a shop with a dyno. Find a dyno, you found a performance shop. I don't know about Europe, but here, most people could care less how their car performs, unless they are enthusiasts. Therefore, usually the only automotive shops that have a dyno are the ones that do performance mods and tunes.

yea i tried thers only 2 near where i live but there looking for exprience people
