Default Sport coils and coil packs?

What do you know about sport coils and coil packs? (I'm thinking of doing an article but need a bit more info than they produce a higher voltage spark otherwise it is going to be a bit short )

Are they worth getting - have you fitted one?

The page is undervisited - primarily because it is about "combustion" and we are missing people looking for spark plugs/HT leads/Coils. The page will still remain but be slanted more towards combustion wheras the specific pages can go into more detail on each of the components.

So I was wanting to expand this article so It could fill a page of it's own, I will be doing the same for spark plugs and HT leads but I'm scratching around for coil information. We need an electronics fan to explain AMPS/VOLTAGE and transformation circuits etc...
