Default Road Kill Recepie

Baked Hedgehog pizza .

Take 1 road kill hedgehog. Wrap in clay, bake for 1 hour at 150 oC and then brake off the clay - this removes the spines. Spread over a pizza base, cover with cheese and tomatoe, add more cheese. Sprinkle a little salt and cook for 8 minutes.

You got any other ideas for haute cuisine which will also clean up our roads.

Foxes Biscuits

Take one roadkill fox, mix with flour, water and butter, cut into shapes, put in oven at gas mark 6 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
