The 3 is probably a B with two rivets inserted - a bit naughty!

We'll let business owners off with personalised plates as it looks professional.

I don't like it when people mess with the spacing (not supposed to do this) and use the yellow/black screw heads to alter the appearance (not supposed to do this either).

Here's another really clever one that belonged on a Mercedes Sprinter van owned by a company that specialised in large scale UPS systems:
