Dont know if this has been posted elsewhere but i would just like to pay my respect to colin mcrae. he was truely one of britains greatest drivers and a true gentlemen. anyone else agree?

It's a tragic loss when any death or loss occurs. My thoughts are with both families.

Colin lived literally about 5 miles from my home. Its so hard to believe hes gone, ironically not in one of his many rally crashes but more or less in his own backyard.

I was gutted when I heard the news. He has done so much for rally and his name will endure forever. My deepest sympathy goes to the family whoever it is that is killed it is the family who have the biggest loss and he seemed to be a real family man.

I have the greatest admiration for the chap. He really was a good driver and got a lot of people interested in Rally. My deepest sympathy goes to his friends and family. Richard Burns and now Colin McRae.

Does anyone know how many trophies/wins he clocked up?
