Just had a near miss

I was turning right out of a junction, there was a bus to my left so I coudn't see left. In my wisdom I decided to 'use the force' and pull out anyway! I was late you see its not something I regularly do! Anyway I pulled out into the path of a Van - floored it for all it was worth and Just avoided a collision...

Just glad I'm not typing this from a Hospital bed!

Moral of the story: Even if you are late DON'T TAKE CHANCES!

You made a quick return. How did things go for you?

I'm ok, a bit light headed and lossing blood by the pint, but you know what hospitals are like (even private ones!), they dont keep you in unless they have too.
I'm at GP's this afternoon for a check up and more of those good pills to take the pain away.....lol
