How many times have you been waiting on a call from a part supplier who promised to let you know when a part arrives in stock.

Then after 3 weeks longer than the promised delivery date you ring up and are told "It's actually only just come in this morning!"

Do you get these coincidences? Do you believe they are coincidences?

Nope I get this one a lot.

I get this when I take my car to Gk Ford.
They tell me they will phone when it's finished so I wait an wait and then I phone them half an hour before they shut and they tell me they was just about to phone me.
Yeah right.

I've come across companies that don't bother. It just means they don't get my business. A good example of this recently is mytyres.co.uk. I ordered some winter tyres only to be messed around for a few weeks and then told they wasn't even in the country!

I've also come across some very good companies as well though.
