Nice but the boxes can be a pain if you take a daytime only policy out, my bro in law kept having to pay a £25 fine every time he got home after 11!

Prince, I think living in the arse end of no where helps some times as well with me. I mean, getting insured in Elgin, is like getting insured in Timbuktu. Although, not even joking, more people have heard of Timbuktu!!!! lol

The variance across different insurers is unbelievable. There are also some very bad underwriters out there who'll happily take your money but once a claim situation arises they leave you to sort it all out yourself.

I am currently driving a 528i; insured with Privilege. Just under £400 is very good really I think. This includes business use; unlimited mileage; legal cover; windscreen cover; protected no claims; guaranteed like for like hire car and breakdown cover.

I'm 41 and I do think that young drivers are being priced to the point that many will not bother with insurance at all. Which is unfair on everyone.
