Impreza WRX ( jap )

whats your thoughts on the wrx, what have you heard ?

any Modifications you or friends have done that have been good, or ended in disaster ?

good points ?

bad points ?

erm never had one but its my dream car, in full rally spec, god id love one. theres one where i live, sounds sweet and moves like stink and as always look awesome.

ahhhhhhh full rally spec would be awesome

couldn't afford that but just bought a bog standard wrx it has things like dump valve and induction kit and a sti bodykit but nowhere near the rally edition

doesnt mean your bog standard can't look the part! few bits n bobs here and there and before you knwo it no-one will notice.

mate a work has a pretty much standard astra turbo and keeps up, caant pass thou, with a standard 225wrx and was only losing a bit against the sti think the boy talks out his arse most of the time as i had a quick go in it and didnt think it was really that great.

yeah i heard that hence the reason i went for jap version running at 276 bhp with induction added after so maybe a bit higher

I've only heard good about them. Some of the older models had a fuel starvation problem on long left hand bends if the tank was 1/4 full other than that they seem to be pretty strong engines and good all round performers.

Every WRX except for the new 07 model is awesome. The new model looks like a slightly upmarket corolla
