How to remove a dent using household items.
Take 1 dent, 1 hairdrier and a can of CO2 air duster. Apply in that order and the dent will just pop out.

With big dents I usually find a toilet plunger is suitable for pulling the panel back out.

Camera shops sell it for blowing dust off of lenses although many of those are not always Co2 based.
