I know a Volvo that did over 240,000 miles on its original engine. There was I'm sure a car that did 1,000,000 miles but I'm not sure of the details its probably in the Guinnes book of records. Why do you ask? Are you a contender?

The car that did 1,000,000 was a toyota starlet in it was on 1 engine. An old boy took itup to 99 thousand an something and then gave it to his grandchild to take over the million mark.
