Buy a bigger peugeot sorry mate couldn't resist

Welcome to Torque Cars

Your best bet with a small car like this is weight reduction, and forced induction imho

I don't know much about diesel engines compared to unleaded but you could look at making it a TDI if you have the money

1.5 some space to work with unlike my 1.2 you could consider lowering your ride too to get the car up into the 100 + you should look at spending 1000 minimum

Hello and Welcome to TorqueCars.
Hope you enjoy your time with us.

How much have you got to spend?
You'll not see many gains i'd imagine on that engine if it's naturally aspired.
The cheapest option would be an engine transplant. Or wait and save some cash and get a car with a better engine to begin with.
