utk? i tried to do the named driver thing the insurance companies are hot on all that now got my qoute they rang me before i could take the insurance out and said that i would be unable to take the policy out because i am the main risk on the insurance being reasonably new driver i had to be the preposed driver so watch out mate check it before u take it out!

Thanks for the advice, im going to double check my policy before i take it out anyway it would defeat the purpose of researching various policies on various cars just to find out in the end that i cant take out the policy

The mk3 astra 1.4 is group 6-7 you should have a look at fiat cinquecento sporting 1.1 58bhp group 1 insurance dont be fooled by 58bhp as they are only 650 kg in weight they are like go karts stick to the road and you can install a punto engine for more power.Some 1.2s are quicker than a 1.4.

no worries yeah the only way i found out was when they phoned me back the day after i took the insurance out telling me it was void unless i pay the encreased amount lovely people arent they? haha! good luck mate.
