Default E46 touring - help needed on adjusting coilsovers

Ok can anyone help iv fitted coilovers all round and they are set to the heightest setting, only trouble is one of the fronts has cross threaded and will not lower, has anyone any ideas????

its probably not a cross thread you probably just wound the nut to high and the nut came of the thread. i did the exact same thing when fitting mine
its just a case of taking the coilover back off the car compressing the spring dismantling it then reassembling back together! (or if your lucky you might be able to squeeze the spring compressor in while the coilover is still situe???)
