Cool Design brief for a car game

If you were asked by one of the leading computer game companies to write up a brief for a car game what features would you ask for?

(You never know this thread may even be read by some programmers and put into action)

More scope for modding the cars.
Be able to drive anywhere with realistic streets. Like from the UK or something.
Or it'd be cool to be able to download a map of your local area and install that onto the game.
Better crash dynamics.
More manufacturers.
Erm dunno there is more though....

more realistic handing, if not being able to drive everywhere without using brakes unlike a lot.

lets say the game is to let you work on a car such as mechanical or electric work
all different make of cars identical to the real thing,

you could pick your car and try and fix the problem before doing it for real

i suppose this idea is more a simulater than a game, but what you think??

I think the simulator/game is the way to go. That'd be awesome being able to change or create anythin for your car...
