Default Debate on UK petrol prices

There is a debate about the UK fuel duty levels going on at the moment.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-15730087

A cut in VAT would be a very good idea IMO and they are just talking about avoiding a fuel duty rise in January but I think they should be looking at reducing it.

What would you do about fuel prices if you had the decision to make and needed to be sensible about it and how big an effect does fuel prices have on the economy as a whole.

Default Re: Debate on UK petrol prices

fuel needs to go down big time and it will save the uk
at work we run 2 lorrys and they use about 2k a week on diesel maybe more
and they dont even pay pump prices they are normaly a few p cheaper but if it went down 10p would be a big saving
